- Promo work for Footlocker
- At one point Footlocker ruled sneaker sales in Puerto Rico. But with the arrival of small specialty sneaker stores to the island (one of the highest sneaker consuming countries in the world), Footlocker needed to find a way to reconnect with a younger audience. They first called us to reinvent their "friends and family" program, where the more people that come into the store together the bigger the discounts they receive. We turned it into "The more feet (you have), the more you save" and was executed by producing print and radio ads featuring people with extra appendages in weird parts of their bodies, dads celebrating their offspring being born with 3 feet, and having brand ambassadors with extra legs handing out flyers on the street. You would get a bigger discount by arriving with more people but, if you were "unlovable," you could also save by how many feet you measured in height. This spawned an opportunity to come up with an original promo for the release of a limited edition Reebok sneaker for Daddy Yankee, which became "Spend a day in Daddy Yankee's feet," where you could win a day as advertised, but first you had to go to the stores and try on a pair of Daddy Yankee Reeboks in his actual size. If they fit you were automatically in the running. otherwise you had to go online and suffer through a maze of silly things before you were admitted to sign in.
